Absolutely love my new roof. After the storm destroyed it I got a lot of really high quotes from people just trying to take advantage of the situation, but Marshall did me right. He worked with the insurance company to make sure my roof was completely paid for, because Allstate really really sucks I found out. When it comes time to put the new siding on next spring I know who I’m going to call. The roof being done in one day was awesome. Really didn’t interrupt our lives at all.
316Exteriors Marshall Green and his crew did a wonderful job replacing my roof yesterday! They completed work quickly and went above and beyond to make sure the roof was removed and replaced, the flashing & turbines blended very well, answered any and all questions I had, and made sure they cleaned up any mess that was made. I would highly recommend and will recommend to anyone looking for a great company to work with to have their roof repaired or replaced to give them a call. Appreciate all you do!!
Had my roof put on by Marshall Green and his company 3:16 Exteriors. The crew came all the way from Springfield that morning and were at my house bright and early to get the day started. The crew boss and her guys were very polite, fast, and efficient. Marshall was on the job site all day in case problems were to arise. Thankfully, everything went as it should. Clean up is always a worry for all customers. I have 3 children that love to run around the house bare foot. The whole crew went over the site twice, if not more picking up debre and the one thing home owners including me worry about the most. “NAILS” This crew left nothing unturned. I wanted to take pictures of the progress and (In the moment photo’s) while they were working. Of course, I was caught a couple times and the guys decided to strike a pose.
Some think these posts are fake and churched up to make a buisness look better than it really is. Like every profession there will be some bad apples, maybe a crew, or even a boss that has a bad day and makes mistakes they wish they could make right. We are all human and have screw ups. Even the best of the best. However, I got what I was promised. Great work by great people. Thank you all for your hard work. Marshall has a great team and I’m excited to have them out to put on my sitting and fix all the other damage to my home.
Marshall and his team are very professional and do great work! In less than a week we had a quote and in less than a month we had a new roof! Highly, highly recommend.

Marshall responded to my text request for a roof inspection within 2 minutes. That was on a Sunday afternoon! Within a couple days I had a very professional inspection/estimate document, including pictures of the storm damage for my insurance. I honestly, needlessly dreaded the process. It couldn’t have been easier. Now onto dealing with our insurance. Lol
